Neighbors Along the Line
A Mission Born from Faith. Sustained by Love.
At John Knox Presbyterian Church, Neighbors Along the Line (NATL) holds a special place in our hearts—not only because of the work it does, but because it was founded by our own congregation. Established in 1976 by Rev. Dr. Richard Evans, NATL began as a vision rooted in Christ’s call to serve the least of these and has grown into a transformative presence in West Tulsa.
Today, NATL provides essential services in food assistance, health care, literacy, and family support, empowering individuals and strengthening families. Through ongoing financial contributions and active volunteer involvement, our Mission Committee continues to partner with NATL to extend Christ’s love in practical, life-giving ways.
We are grateful to be part of this legacy—investing in hope, dignity, and lasting change for our neighbors. Together, we continue to Welcome, Embrace Diversity, and Do Christ’s Mission, one faithful step at a time.
“Over the years I have found great joy in nurturing the special connection between John Knox and NATL and witnessing this hands-on ministry as it provides food, medical care and educational opportunities to these neighbors!”
